Hearty Pork Chop!

Hearty Pork Chop!

Late Fall 2015, As mentioned in yesterday’s post – Jodi deserves everything heart shaped. It was only a couple nights after the steak, that I was grilling the pork chops – when I noticed one of them was shaped as a heart. Of course, this was to be Jodi’s.   She was genuinely happy to see that I was serving her another heart shaped meal. Special for special – makes sense to me!...

Steak lover!

Late Fall 2015, I love cooking on the grill – I do it 365.  Yes, even when it’s -45 out. Nothing tastes better then food off the grill! I had brought the two finished steak in from the grill.  As Jodi was cutting off the little fat from the one side – I noticed from across the table, she had a heart shaped steak. Heart Alert!

Heart Alert!

Late Fall 2015, It had snowed again and by the time Leo and I went out for our walk, it already had started melting. At this point, Leo had experienced about 2 months of me stopping and taking pics of hearts. When I caught up to him I noticed right away of the heart, and the way he looked at me I felt like he was saying “did I do good” – of course, I patted him on the head and said, good boy – that is a great heart!! He watched me take my phone out and take the pic, and then as I was putting my phone back in my pocket – he just continued forward on our walk. What a good boy! I said to him...

All in!

All in!

Late Fall 2015, Bryan and I went to Canterbury Downs to play a little Texas Holdem. We arrived a little late and the games already started – however we were still given an opportunity to buy in, and join a new table that was opening up. The floor supervisor stated, we have a table opening up – he points and says, its directly under the heart over there on that pillar. I said to Bryan, we cant get a better sign then this!  Literally!! We both started with $100 in chips – we had so much fun playing for the few hours that we did. When we went to cash out, we both had a little over $200 each in chips – so we both were up about $125.00 Great night!!...
